A method is realized by striking a table over a supporting body mounted on a spring-loaded cushion. The inventive difference is characterized in that the energy accumulated by the cushion is used for compaction of the molding mixture at a repeated counter table strike over the supporting body accelerated upwards by the cushion. Stability and effectiveness of a double-strike stirring provide a selection of parameters of vibroimpact system and a unique drive control. The mass of supporting body mis taken equal m=(1.0-2.0) (mu+m). A low rigidity cushion is used, self-oscillation frequency of the supporting body exceeds only 2-4 times the stirring frequency. A device for realizing the invention comprises control valves providing air input to a stirring cylinder only after the first strike, wherein the air input is stopped at a table raise to the height of filling stroke. The inventive method and device provide to improve quality of manufactured semi-forms and the process efficiency and decrease compressed air consumption, noise level and a value dynamic forces transferred to the base and foundation. |
