<p>An electric rotation motor is operated on a modified torque current even when the power capacitance of an electric storage device falls. A generator (6) connected to an engine (2) generates AC power. An indirect matrix converter (12) is configured from a converter (14) supplied with said AC power and an inverter (16) connected to the converter (14), and an electrical storage device (20) is provided at the midpoint between the converter (14) and the inverter (16) with a chopper (18) interposed between said electrical storage device and said midpoint. Speed commands for a three-phase motor (10) are given to a control device (22) by means of a lever (22), and by means of a pressure sensor (24), torque current commands are given to the control device (22). The control device (22) detects the power capacitance of the electrical storage device (20) on the basis of the voltage thereof, and, when the power capacitance of the electrical storage device (22) falls and the three-phase motor (10) is incapable of outputting the normal amount of torque, modifies the torque current command value of the three-phase motor (10), reducing said value.</p> |
