PURPOSE: A grease injection device for construction equipment capable of converting the format of grease injection is provided to operate equipment more efficiently by selectively supplying a right amount of grease to only a required part since a grease injection format can change according to the selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: A grease injection device for construction equipment capable of converting the format of grease injection comprises a first grease pipe(212), a second grease pipe(214) and a mode change unit(210). The first grease pipe receives grease for an automatic grease pump(211). The second grease pipe supplies the received grease to a turn unit. The mode change unit blocks a manual grease unit(213) when the grease is automatically supplied. The mode change unit is controlled by a control unit(220) when the grease is manually supplied. The control unit blocks the first grease pipe.
