PURPOSE: A die-sensitized solar cell is provided to prevent the deterioration of a protective layer in combining a seal line forming a glass frit having a softening point lower than that of a seal line. CONSTITUTION: In a die-sensitized solar cell, a first electrode(111) is formed on a first substrate(110). A plurality of transition metal oxide layers(113) are formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(121) is formed on a second substrate. Metal lines(115,125) collect electrodes which are formed in the first and second electrodes A seal line combines a first substrate and a second substrate.
