HIGH FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING GANTRY ROBOT

PURPOSE: A high frequency induction heating type gantry robot is provided to easily install a high frequency induction heating device in the gantry robot by connecting a C/T box and a heating coil unit through a coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency induction heating type gantry robot comprises a gantry device(10), a heating coil unit(20), an inverter device(30), a C/T box(40), and a coaxial cable(50). The gantry device comprises a rail, a girder, and a vertical support. The heating coil unit is installed in the vertical support and heats a material. The inverter device is installed in the girder and controls the heating coil unit. The C/T box is installed outside the inverter device. The C/T box amplifies high-frequency currents applied from the inverter device and applies the amplified currents to the heating coil unit. The coaxial cable connects the C/T box and the heating coil unit.
