<p>PURPOSE: A system and an apparatus for forming a compression-molded product are provided to improve the productivity of a compression-molded product by simultaneously performing material filling, molding, and discharging works. CONSTITUTION: A system for forming a compression-molded product comprises a material filling station(S1), a material pressing station(S2), a compression-molded product discharging station(S3), and a lower pestle position adjusting station(S4). The material filling station has a mortar unit(10) and a lower pestle(11). The mortar unit is filled with powder. An upper pestle(12) of the material pressing station is descended to the mortar unit. A compression-molded product is molded by allowing the lower pestle to press the powder in the mortar unit. When the lower pestle is ascended, the compression-molded product discharging station discharges the compression-molded product. The lower pestle position adjusting station forcefully descends the ascended lower pestle.</p> |
