PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing adipic acid/neophentyl glycol crosspolymer suspension solution is provided to ensure moisturizing effect and fluidity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition of W/O type for pore covering contains 10.0-30.0 weight% of adipic acid neophentyl glicol crosspolymer suspension solution. A cosmetic composition of O/W type for pore covering contains 10.0-30.0 weight% of adipic acid neophentyl glicol crosspolymer suspension solution. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of essence, lotion, cream, emulsion, gel, or solution.
