PURPOSE: The contaminant of the tank inside does not leak among the sample collection work to outside and at work contamination does not generate. The long time can be worked than man works in underwater and the very economic effect can be obtained. CONSTITUTION: A liquid material device of sample picking within the underwater tank comprises a main frame(100), a base plate(110), an electromagnet(130), a drilling machine(200), a mainfold box(B), an underwater power unit(P), an underwater controller, a sealing cap(250), and a vacuum storage tank(300). The base plate is fixed in order to form the floor of mainframe. A plurality of electromagnets is fixed to the bottom surface of the base plate. The drilling machime is fixed in the upper side right place of the base plate. The manifold box has within the control valve for the fluid supply in order to run the drilling machime the fluid pressure. It is fixed to the base plate upper side. The sealing cap is fixed to the bottom surface of the base plate. The vacuum storage tank is fixed to the upper side of the base plate. It is included in cord and controller is connected to the tedder cable(240) to the underwater controller.
