PURPOSE: A system for controlling the velocity of a steering handle according to vehicle speed in a wheel loader is provided to improve the driving stability of a vehicle and enable minute steering control. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the velocity of a steering handle according to vehicle speed in a wheel loader comprises a transmission control unit(100), a main control unit(110), a pump control regulator(120), a steering variable pump(130), a steering cylinder(140), and a steering valve(150). The transmission control unit senses the speed of a vehicle. The main control unit outputs a control signal based on the vehicle speed from the transmission control unit. The pump control regulator adjusts control current that is output according to the control signal from the main control unit. The steering variable pump controls discharge flow rate according to the control current of the pump control regulator. The steering cylinder controls the steering angle of a wheel with the flow rate of the steering variable pump. The steering valve is arranged between the steering variable pump and the steering cylinder and determines the supply direction of working fluid toward the steering cylinder, corresponding to the direction of a steering wheel(160).
