PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply member that accurately forms a supply passage and reduces printing failure.

SOLUTION: First and second member 211 and 220 are composed of a resin material. In a liquid ejection head with liquid ejection opening for ejecting a liquid, the supply passage 224 for supplying the liquid is formed. At least a part of an inner surface of the supply passage 224 is a smooth surface 250 that is smoothed by melting the resin after being molded.
