<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining apparatus reliably providing laser machining by removing heavy machineries from the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The laser machining apparatus includes: a laser oscillator 11; two reflecting mirrors 24 and 25; a collecting lens 34; a machining head 13 whose position does not affect the near constant length of the light path; and servo motors 27 and 28 which control the angles of the reflecting mirrors 24 and 25 calculated according to the linear movement position of the machining head 13, which successfully results in removing the heavy machineries from the apparatus for reliably providing laser machining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
