<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet in which the slidability is hardly degraded even when a hard article such as metal is allowed to slide for a long time at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of projecting bars having the same sectional shape are formed parallel to each other on a surface of a steel sheet by the embossing.
