摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescence measurement system including means capable of bringing viable organisms into the system and suppressing the occurrence of contamination inside of the system. SOLUTION: A reagent open mechanism of the luminescence measurement system includes a triaxial actuator which moves horizontally along an X axis and a Y axis and moves vertically along a Z-axis; and a reagent dispensing nozzle 24 which is driven by the triaxial actuator. A reagent cartridge, where a reagent to be divided by the reagent dispensing nozzle 24 is filled in a concave, and the opening of the concave is sealed by an aluminum sheet can be set in; the reagent open mechanism includes an open needle 102 which is driven by the triaxial actuator and makes a hole in the aluminum sheet; and a fixation block 28 between the reagent dispensing nozzle 24 and the open needle 102, which arranges the reagent dispensing nozzle 24 and the open needle 102, in such a location that the reagent dispensing nozzle or the open needle does not keep contact with a structure including the reagent cartridge in a Z-axis operation during opening time or reagent-dividing and -dispensing time.
