PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mass consumption of a heap area in a file server using a WEBDAV protocol. SOLUTION: The file server using a WEBDAV protocol has a common folder for storing many access member lists, and a means for managing information about the access member lists, the present Java heap using capacity and an amount of memory usage. An LDAP server connected to the file server, also accessed from a plurality of user terminals and using an LDAP protocol includes: a means for storing the access member lists of the file server and providing the access member lists in response to an access from a user terminal; a means for monitoring a Java heap using area of the file server, reflecting the Java heap using capacity used actually by the file server on the Java heap monitoring table, and periodically updating the content thereof; and means for monitoring a memory using area of the file server, reflecting the memory using area on the memory monitoring table and periodically updating the content thereof.
