PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the position of a piston. SOLUTION: Since a plunger 32 is pressed to a rod end 5b by a plate spring 51 provided between the flange 32 of a probe 11b and a diameter-reduced part 21, the probe 11b is inhibited from moving to the rod end 5b side (to the right), and also the probe 11b is inhibited from moving to the left.
