PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner-bag composite container of which classified waste processing can be carried out more easily as compared with the usual process. SOLUTION: The container includes a bag-shaped inner resin container 111 for use in storing a filled material, and a steel pail can 121 corresponding to the outer container that includes a barrel 122 having a base plate 123 wound therearound to store the inner container and a top plate 124 that can be attached to or detached from the open end of the barrel.
