PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform works for mounting and changing a filter in a pipe connection part. SOLUTION: A piping device has a pipe member 13 formed with a flange, a body 1 having pipe parts 1c, 1d connected with the pipe member 13 and formed with a screw part 1b on the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipe parts 1c, 1d, a cap nut 12 with its one end side engaged with the flange of the pipe member 13 and the other end side screwed to the screw part 1b of the body 1 for fixing the pipe member 13 to the body 1, an annular groove 30 formed on at least any of the end surface of the pipe member 13 and end surfaces of the pipe parts 1c, 1d facing the end surface of the pipe member 13, a seal ring 17 fitted into the annular groove 30, and the filter 17 arranged inside the seal ring 17.
