PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device for preventing a taxi crime which can protect a taxi driver from a criminal who uses force. SOLUTION: The partition device 1 for preventing a taxi crime which protects a rear seat 16 side of a driver's seat 2 and an assistant seat 14 side, includes: a rear seat side partition wall 4 attached to a rear part of the driver's seat 2 so as to partition between the driver's seat 2 and the rear seat 16, made of transparent polycarbonate and formed in a curved surface so as to protrude rearward and having a flange 3 extending forward in an end part of the assistant seat 14 side; and a flat plate shaped assistant seat side partition wall 5 attached to a side surface of the flange 3 in the driver's seat 2 side so as to partition between the driver's seat 2 and the assistant seat 14 and made of transparent polycarbonate.
