PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a scum by efficiently soaking it up in the gap between a plate and plate utilizing a capillary phenomenon by surface tension. SOLUTION: A scum remover, composed of a set handle, a handle in which an arbitrary number of plates are perpendicularly and continuously lined up in a comb shape in the tip part, and a handle integrally or fixedly mounted having a tip structure, enables the scum to be removed by being soaked up and held in respective gaps of the plates provided in the tip part utilizing the capillary phenomenon by surface tension.
