In addition, the action presentation system (101) is provided with: a candidate generation unit (12) for generating, in accordance with the action example indicated by the action information associated with the request information, a plurality of action candidates which can be executed by a user (A) in the state indicated by the state information associated with the request information that indicates the request of the user (A); and a cost calculation unit (13) for calculating for each action candidate a total cost including a mental cost that indicates the magnitude of the psychological burden felt by a first user due to the execution of the generated action candidate. Furthermore, the action presentation system (101) is provided with a display unit (62) for presenting to the user (A) the action candidate selected in accordance with the total cost, from the plurality of generated action candidates, as the recommended action candidate recommended for execution to the user (A). |
