The invention relates to more effective anhydrous anti-transpirant compositions which are applied as a spray and which contain at least one anti-transpirant agent, at least one alun type double salt of general formula MIMIII(SO4)2 · X H2O (wherein MI represents a monovalent cation, selected from potassium, sodium, rubidium, caesium and ammonium ions; MIII represents a trivalent cation, selected from aluminium, gallium, indium, scandium, titanium and vanadium ions; x represents a rational number in the region of 0 -12, including 0) and 0,01 - 7 wt % of at least one siliconoxide containing compound, selected from hydrophobically modified silicic acids and hydrophobically modified layered silicates.
