<p>A device for maintaining and transmission of a rider's energy to a drive wheel while pedalling, which is pivoted on a shaft that is stiffly fastened between rear fork of the wheel bracket, wherein a wheel rim is arranged on the device of the invention in a known way, said rim being intended for installation of a tyre with a tube in optional mutual construction. The device comprises a tubular housing (1), in which a coil spring (2) is arranged, wherein the housing (1) is closed at one end with a part (4), whereas its other end is intended to receive a known sprocket-wheel. Free ends of the spring (2) lean against two teeth (3) in the housing (1) or rather part (4), so that the spring (2) is fixed in direction of unscrewing, when angular rotation appears between the housing (1) and the part (4). A central part (5) of the internal surface of the housing (1) has a larger diameter, which makes it possible for the central part of the spring (2) - at said mutual angular rotation of the housing (1) and the part (4) - to rotate for an increasing diameter on its central part by that much as allowed by the larger diameter of the central part (5).</p> |
