PURPOSE: An environment-friendly producing method of krill oil, and the krill oil are provided to use proteinase and an ultra high-pressure reactor for obtaining the krill oil. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly producing method of krill oil comprises the following steps: crushing krill; adding proteinase into the crushed krill, and performing the enzyme reaction; extracting eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexanoic acid, phospholipid, and astaxanthin from the krill; and mixing the obtained eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexanoic acid, phospholipid, and astaxanthin. The proteinase is selected from the group consisting of serine alkaline protease obtained from bacillus licheniformis, and neutral metalloproteinase obtained from bacillus subtilis and amyloliquefaciens.
