<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, along with an image processing method for the same, capable of maintaining the quality of a communication image. <P>SOLUTION: At the communication terminal device 10, a frame rate of image data output from a camera 110 is determined by a controller 140, based on the results of comparison between an image photographed by the camera 110 and an image photographed by the camera 110 just before the image. Utilizing the decision, the communication terminal device is equipped with a function for controlling and executing to delay the frame rate of the image photographed by a camera 110 when the image has few changing parts or to quicken the frame rate of the image when the image has much changing parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
