PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient prize management device and a prize management system including the prize management device. SOLUTION: The prize management machine 4 executes control for exchanging Pachinko balls with a general prize and/or special prize based on a receipt 7 in which the number of Pachinko balls counted by a counting machine 2 is associated with information on the rate of dispensing the Pachinko balls. In the prize management machine 4, a control part 20 discriminates the rate of dispensing the Pachinko balls based on the information read from the receipt 7 by a bar-code reader 22. When the discriminated rate of dispensation is low, the control part 20 prohibits or restrains the exchange of the Pachinko balls with the special prize. Accordingly, when a desired condition is set for the exchange of Pachinko balls at a low rate with the special prize, a process according to the condition can be securely executed, so that the prize management machine is convenient.
