<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of accumulated print jobs. <P>SOLUTION: A print job management apparatus includes a means configured to associate print setup information with a first identifier, associate print data with a second identifier, record the print setup information and the print data into storage means and return the first identifier to print requesting means, in response to a registration request of a print job containing the print setup information and the print data from the print requesting means, a means configured to return a list of the first identifiers in response to an acquisition request of a print job list from an image forming apparatus, a means configured to return the print setup information associated with the first identifier and the print data to the image forming apparatus in response to an acquisition request of a print job relevant to the first identifier selected from the list by the image forming apparatus, and a means configured to change the print setup information associated with the first identifier and recorded in the storage means with the received print setup information in response to a change request containing the first identifier and at least a part of the print setup information from the print request means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
