<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image reader capable of reducing noise at low cost, without needing strict timing adjustment for each scanning line, nor requiring a complicated device. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation image reader includes at least a drive control circuit 6 for transmitting a drive signal synchronizing with a start pulse which is not synchronized with a switching power source drive clock, excepting a start point to a gate drive circuit 5; a frequency division/phase control circuit 8 for transmitting, to a reading circuit 7, a reading/holding signal having a frequency identical to that of the drive signal and delayed from the drive signal by a predetermined phase; and a region luminance correction circuit 11 for acquiring overall pixels from the reading circuit 7, in a state without irradiating radiation and actual signal data from the overall pixels by radiation irradiation, and performing a process of canceling the dark signal data from the actual signal data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
