<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for effectively supporting business activity in consideration of difference in personal ability for various kinds of work. <P>SOLUTION: A central management work processing part 104, an appointment work processing part 106 and a business negotiation work processing part 108 of the work management system 100 provide services to persons in charge H1, H2, H3 having different skills. The central management work processing part 104 registers target information or technique of approach into a shared database 112 based on operation of the person in charge H1. The appointment work processing part 106 transmits to the person in charge H2 the target information and the technique of the approach, and registers a result of the approach into the shared database 112.
