PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve flexible access control with an efficient data size by providing a user with coordinates, and specifying the coordinates and length of a file as an access control policy. SOLUTION: Vector coordinates are provided to a user, and vector coordinates and length are added to a specific file. Then, the length is calculated from the vector coordinates of the user and the vector coordinates of the specific file, and when the calculated length is shorter than the length provided to the specific file, the user is permitted to access the specific file.
