PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any yield of a bolt before the axial force of the bolt reaches the set value. SOLUTION: A fastening tool system 1 includes a socket 9 rotatably provided on a fastening tool 1 and fitted to a nut 125 to fasten the nut 125 to a bolt 123, a driving unit 13 which turns the socket 9 to impart the fastening torque to the nut 125, and an axial force detection unit 117 detecting the axial force applied to the bolt 123, and fastens the nut 125 until the axial force reaches the set value. The fastening tool system further includes a controller 5 for controlling the fastening torque by the drive control of the driving unit 13, and a torque detection unit 119 for detecting the fastening torque. The controller 5 stops any increase of the fastening torque when the stress of the bolt 123 based on the fastening torque and the axial force before reaching the set value reaches the yield stress.
