PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove stain by an uneven surface and to provide a massaging effect by using a knitted fabric cloth as a washing cloth such as body towel, or dirt washing towel. SOLUTION: Insertion yarns 2 and 2" in each space between knitted stitch rows in a chain knitted stitch row (a) of prescribed width are shifted in a plurality of courses in positions in a wale direction using a space between both adjoining knitted stitch rows as a unit, substituted to horizontal swing of a plurality of courses in each space between knitted stitch rows, moved to a space between adjoining knitted stitch rows, substituted to horizontal swing of a plurality of courses in the space between the adjoining knitted stitch rows, and returned to the original space between the knitted stitch rows, substituted to horizontal swing of several courses, repeatedly; horizontal swing parts 3 and 3' by the insertion yarn 2 inserted in each space between knitted stitch rows in the space between knitted stitch rows and the insertion yarn 2' moved from a space between adjoining knitted stitch rows and inserted are alternately formed; pattern yarns 4 composed of a heat-shrinkable synthetic fiber bundle yarn are vertically nipped in each space between knitted stitch rows at an interval of one to three rows by the alternately formed horizontal swing parts 3 and 3' and passed through; and then, the pattern yarns 4 are shrunk to develop an uneven pattern by the shrunk pattern yarns 4 on both sides of a cloth A.
