PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a water-cooled cold plate in which displacement of a metal pipe is reduced, and cooling performance is stable. SOLUTION: The water-cooled cold plate includes: a metal pipe having a straight part and a bent part having a meandering form; and a cold plate body into which the metal plate is cast so as to be formed into a flat rectangular shape. The bent part includes: a metal pipe in which the bent part is arranged at the outside of the cold plate body; and a pair of grooves provided to both the flat faces of the cold plate body with the straight part of the metal pipe held in-between along the straight part of the metal pipe so as to lock the metal pipe, and, the bottom face is arranged, in the width direction of the cold plate body, deeper than the central direction of the width than the outside diameter arrangement position of the metal pipe.
