PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to receive TV signals of two channels at the same time by one smart antenna in a TV signal receiving device. SOLUTION: The TV signal receiving device determines the receiving sensitivities of TV signals effected by first and second tuners in each receiving direction (eight directions from a direction 1 to a direction 8) of the smart antenna for each channel. The receiving sensitivities are classified into five levels of A: very good, B: good, C: error rate correction being required, D: block noises being generated, and E: reception being disabled. Then, the TV signal receiving device stores the determination results in a receiving sensitivity table. When receiving the TV signals of two channels at the same time, the TV signal receiving device determines, as the receiving direction of a radio wave of the smart antenna, a direction in which both the first and second tuners can properly receive the TV signals, based on the determination results in the receiving sensitivity table, and thereby sets the receiving direction of the radio wave of the smart antenna at the direction determined.
