PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which achieves proper and smooth operation of a rotary lid and guarantees excellent appearance. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus has an exterior member 10 forming an appearance surface of the electronic apparatus, and a rotary lid 20 pivotally supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the exterior member 10. In the exterior member 10, a through-hole is formed for housing the rotary lid 20 inside the exterior member 10 when the rotary lid 20 is brought into an open state. On an appearance surface side of the rotary lid 20, an appearance curved surface portion 22 and an appearance flat surface portion 21 are formed. On a rear side of the appearance flat surface portion 21, a projecting portion, which covers a gap that occurs between the through-hole and the rotary lid 20 when the rotary lid 20 is brought into an open state, is formed.
