PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of performing specific utterance display on a short sentence communication service without causing a feeling of strangeness by using a portable telephone terminal without accessing a WEB site by a network terminal device, such as a personal computer. SOLUTION: By transmitting display format data conforming to a display format of a WEB communication service in the e-mail format of a portable telephone terminal via a WEB communication service, such as a twitter, using an utterance information management server for telephone terminal, utterance of a user following by a twitter and utterance of an uttering source user registered to favorites, or utterance including a preset keyword and hash tag can be browsed with twitter display on WEB and in a display format without causing a feeling of strangeness only by displaying e-mail that is automatically received by the portable telephone terminal.
