PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coating agent composition that (1) shows no tackiness immediately after application, (2) is capable of following a curved surface of a mold when used for molding, is sufficiently flexible so as not to cause appearance defects such as cracks and has sufficient mechanical strength so that it can be handled at a molding temperature and (3) shows sufficiently high surface hardness as a hard coat as soon as it becomes a final product, a hard coating film obtained using the hard coating agent composition, and a molded product. SOLUTION: The hard coating agent composition comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic polymer comprising a structural unit having a hydroxyl group in its main chain skeleton, (B) urethane (meth)acrylate substantially free of hydroxyl groups, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a polyfunctional isocyanate compound.
