PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended frame apparatus and a suspended frame method in a container such as a suppression chamber improving workability in temporary installation and dismantling of a scaffolding in the container such as the suppression chamber and improving workability particularly at the bottom part of the container such as the suppression chamber after the temporary installation of the scaffolding. SOLUTION: The suspended frame apparatus includes a wire 6 supported to a platform 3a which is an existing facility located at the upper part of the suppression chamber 3, and hanging down in a space between the inner wall surface (the outer peripheral side and inner peripheral side) of the suppression chamber 3 and the peripheral surface of a vent pipe 4, and the suspended frame 7 suspended by the wire 6 and supported in a spaced state from the bottom face 3b of the suppression chamber 3, and horizontally extended in a space between the lower end of the vent pipe 4 and the bottom face 3b.
