PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which allows a U-shaped straw to be easily taken out of the packaging bag of the U-shaped straw attached to a paper container. SOLUTION: The U-shaped straw 8 is fixed to the paper container. The U-shaped straw 8 is formed of a tip side part 8a, a mouthpiece side part 8b, and a bellows part 8c arranged between them, and is stored in the packaging bag 9 by curving the bellows part 8c into a U shape. The four sides of the packaging bag 9 are sealed by an inner resin film and an outer resin film. The outer resin film is formed of an inner face layer and an outer face layer that are made of a thermoplastic resin. The inner face layer is OPP and the outer face layer is CPP. The inner resin film of the packaging bag 9 is formed into a flat shape and the outer resin film is formed into a U-shaped section to cover the U-shaped straw 8. An easily breakable part S with perforations S1 is formed in the vicinity of the bellows part 8c in a shorter direction at the inner face layer of the outer resin film.
