Provided is a woven slide fastener knitted by using a two-needle-bed type warp knitting machine, having a fastener element row attached stably and firmly in size to the edge portion on the longitudinal side of a warp knitting fastener tape while maintaining a stable knit form of a ground weave, and capable of being smoothly engaged. The woven slide fastener is formed by weaving a continuous fastener element row (5) simultaneously with knitting of a fastener tape. A fixing chain knitting yarn (10) of the fastener element row (5) in a fastener element attaching portion (2) and knitting yarns (11 to 14) constituting a ground weave are knitted so as to have respective independent single weaves. Needle loops connected in the longitudinal direction of the fixing chain knitting yarn (10) presses the leg of each element of the continuous fastener element row toward the ground weave side, and sinker loops connected in the longitudinal direction of the fixing chain knitting yarn (10) goes under and crosses the sinker loops of a second warp knitting yarn (13) constituting the ground weave.
