The invention relates to construction and can be used for restoring old and/or making new roofing from different bitumen-containing materials including from processed old roofing materials. A proposed plant for preparing bitumen-containing materials contains a carriage with a driving handle pivotally connected thereto, a heat-insulated body mounted on the carriage and housed therein a semi-cylindrical capacity with a loading window, a cover and a moisture-removing branch pipe atop a discharge cock and a draining tray in the unloading zone, a working shaft inside and arranged along a longitudinal axis of the capacity and seating in support bearings and sealing members at its front and rear end walls and provided with agitating blades, three phase-connected groups of equally current-loaded electrical heaters arranged evenly along the outer surface of circular wall of the semi-cylindrical capacity, a temperature sensor of a medial loaded into the semi-cylindrical capacity, and also an electric motor arranged on the carriage, the driving shaft of which is connected via a reducer and a kinematic connection with a transfer unit on the working shaft and a system control board comprising a apparatus of the electric motors protection against short circuit, a apparatus of the electric motors protection against short circuit and overload, the first apparatus of the electric motors energizing, the second and third apparatuses riverside electric motor energizing and rotating the working shaft with agitating blades clockwise (forward) and counterclockwise (back), the first and second start-up blocks. The novelty is that each phase of the electric heaters power circuits there included individual sensors of current load control equal to the sum of working currents of corresponding group of electric heaters and to each of them is connected an indicator informing operable condition of a definite group of electric heaters; the electric heaters of the semi-cylindrical capacity are provided with a thermal sensor controlling maximum permissible temperature at their casings and an indicator for reaching this level and automatic prevention of thermo-destruction; the heating system of the semi-cylindrical capacity is provided with an indicator of timely warning about reaching an intermediate temperature, automatic removing of blocking and providing tested short-time transversal agitation in manual mode forcibly and then in the automatic mode by the predetermined program long-time transversal agitation with simultaneous heating and also providing inertial run of the working shaft with agitation blades in both operation modes. |
