A method of dynamic milking, comprising the steps of arranging a milking teat (20) into an inner cavity of a teat cup (13) with a milk output (12) and generating a vacuum action within the teat cup in communication with the milking teat. A mechanical action is applied in the teat cup on at least one lateral part of the milking teat causing a flow of milk from the output channel (21) of the milking teat (20). The vacuum action is modulated and the mechanical action periodically changed such that increasing of the regulated vacuum action on the milking teat occurs at the same time as increasing of the mechanical action on the milking teat. Subsequently decreasing the modulation of the vacuum suction occurs at the same time as decreasing of the mechanical action on the milking teat. The vacuum modulation and the mechanical action occurs in-phase in each period of the process without interrupting or blocking the spatial channel for movement of the milk between the milking teat and the constantly-open milk output (12) of the teat cup. As a result the process is optimized in reference to an efficient natural milking method.
