PURPOSE: A window of a building with a bulletproof and protective function and a solar-cell module is provided to ensure stability and use a private power station of the building since there are transparency and a bulletproof and protective function and self generation by sunlight is made. CONSTITUTION: A window of a building with a bulletproof and protective function and a solar-cell module comprises glass(10), a bulletproof film(30) and a transparent solar-cell panel(50). The glass has transparency. The bulletproof film is attached to one side of the glass by an adhesive film. The transparent solar-cell panel is attached by the bulletproof film and the adhesive film(20,40). The bulletproof film consists of three layers of high tensile(MD) film(34), high transparent films(32,36), and high tensile(MD) film.
