<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability by delaying the progress of destruction. <P>SOLUTION: In a shopping car 1, an aluminum insertion pipe material 21 whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of each of rising frames 20L, 20R is inserted into part thereof to form a double structure, the rising frames 20L, 20R and the insertion pipe material 21 in the double structure are integrally bent into a predetermined shape to form upper side bent portions 22L, 22R and lower side bent portions 23L, 23R, and distances between each of the upper side bent portions 22L, 22R and each of the lower side bent portions 23L, 23R is set to 17-68 cm. An aluminum insertion pipe material 31 with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of a base frame 30 is also inserted into part thereof into a double structure, the base frame 30 and the insertion pipe material 31 in the double structure are integrally bent into a predetermined shape to form bent portions 32L, 32R, the base frame 30 and the insertion pipe material 31 are mechanically pressed against each other to form pressed and fixed portions 33L, 33R, and distances between each of the bent portions 32L, 32R and each of the pressed and fixed portions 33L, 33R is set to 17-68 cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
