<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink containing a compound which can be used as a pigment dispersant for phase change ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ink comprises an ink vehicle, pigment particles, and the dispersant, wherein the dispersant stabilizes the pigment particles, and the dispersant is a compound of the formulae or a mixture thereof, wherein R and R' are independently selected from alkyl, arylalkyl, or alkylaryl with from about 18 to about 60 carbon atoms and m is an integer of from about 1 to about 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
