<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and firmly mount a piping display body to an outer pipe composed of a heat insulating foaming body; to surely prevent the piping display body from being displaced or dismounted from the outer pipe after mounting. <P>SOLUTION: The piping display body is mounted to the outer surface 33 of the outer pipe 31 of a double pipe in which a flexible inner pipe is inserted inside the outer pipe 31 composed of the heat insulating foaming body. The piping display body includes a display part 2 displaying various items and a piercing part 3 made to forcibly pierce the outer surface 33 of the outer pipe 31 from the outside. The piercing part 3 is formed of a pair of pin bodies 4, 4.
