PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a better building foundation structure which aims at recycling structural members by demolition, and removing and reconstruction which cannot be performed by conventional methods of constructing a building foundation structure and also aims at reducing a construction period and cost while improving safety, durability, water proofing properties, thermal insulation properties and the like. SOLUTION: A lightweight composite floor slab having a monocoque structure which is excellent in rigidity and toughness and produced by being structurally integrated with a filled precast concrete part in a perforated steel plate dowel part attached to a steel form is laid on the ground level to which ground improvement by a heat insulating material, such as Styrofoam (R) and EPS, is applied according to a site condition, and is structurally integrated by seamless welding to construct a mat foundation characterized by a monocoque structure.
