PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cutter, easily addressing the diameter and length of a pipe to be cut and easily cutting the pipe, when cutting the pipe from the inside. SOLUTION: The pipe cutter includes an outer shaft 10 with a first hollow portion 13 in the longitudinal direction; an inner shaft 20 inserted and rotatably fit into the first hollow portion 13; cutting bodies 30, 30 each with one end side with a cutting knife 32, and the other end side attached to the circumferential edge of the forefront surface of the outer shaft 10 rotatably about the longitudinal direction of the outer shaft 10; and protrusions 27, 27 each formed on the circumferential edge of the forefront surface of the inner shaft 20 so as to come in contact with the one end side of each of the cutting bodies 30, 30. When the inner shaft 20 rotates, the protrusions 27, 27 each move along the circumferential edge of the forefront surface of the inner shaft 20 while in contact with the one end side of each of the cutting bodies 30, 30. Simultaneously, the other end side of each of the cutting bodies 30, 30 rotates and the one end side of each of the cutting bodies 30, 30 are pushed out toward the outside of the outer shaft 10 in the circumferential direction.
