PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument set suitably used for an activity measurement method enabling to measure the activities of individual samples in high sensitivity without largely affecting the samples (cultured cells, or the like) of measurement targets and the culture environments of the periphery, and to provide an apparatus and method for measuring activity of a sample using the same. SOLUTION: The instrument set for sample tests includes a culture vessel for receiving samples and a culture solution to form first regions for receiving the samples and the culture solution and a second region for receiving the culture solution, one or more first microchambers for covering the first regions, one or more second microchambers for covering the second regions, and a microchamber array having a structure for setting and detaching the culture vessel in a state that the samples and the culture solution are received in the culture vessel.
