PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit which improves efficiency by suppressing heating of a switching element. SOLUTION: A switching circuit 1 provided between an input terminal 2 and an output terminal 3 includes: a first switching element 4 provided at a side of the input terminal; a second switching element 5 connected to an input side of the first switching element; and a third switching element 8 connected to an input side of the second switching element. A current of an input signal to the first switching element 4 is forcibly extracted by the second switching element 5 and further, a current to be input to a gate terminal 5 of the second switching element is fast extracted by the third switching element 8. Thus, the quantity of heating in the first switching element 5 is suppressed, thereby improving efficiency of the switching circuit 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
