A pretightening force system on a motor rotating shaft (4) and a motor using the same are provided. The pretightening force system comprises a retaining ring (11), a left shim (12), an elastic elment (13) and a right shim (14). The retaining ring (11) is mounted on the rotating shaft (4) and is axially positioned. A side of the retaining ring (11) is provided with the left shim (12), the elastic elment (13) and the right shim (14) all sheathed on the rotating shaft (4) in sequence. The elastic element (13) is clamped between the left shim (12) and the right shim (14). The elastic element (13) is deformed due to bearing a pressure from an external motor element when the motor is assembled, thus assembling gaps are eliminated. After the pretightening force system is arranged, the assembling gaps on the motor rotating shaft (4) are eliminated, and axial float of the rotating shaft (4) is effectively avoided, and accurate positioning of a centrifugal starter (16) is ensured, and startup operation performance of the motor is improved. |
